Welcome to the Ri-Sol product family! Our unique brine additives give cooked cured meats a natural texture. Citrus fibres bind the water in the meat. Thus allowing yields comparable to phosphate to be achieved. A reduction in gel deposits and reduced surface moisture in sliced products round off the capabilities of Ri-Sol.
Do you also want to dispense with nitrite additives? No problem! Ri-Sol can be perfectly combined with nitrite alternatives.
