Welcome to the Ri-Sol product family! Our unique brine additives give cooked cured meats a natural texture. Citrus fibres bind the water in the meat. Thus allowing yields comparable to phosphate to be achieved. A reduction in gel deposits and reduced surface moisture in sliced products round off the capabilities of Ri-Sol.

Do you also want to dispense with nitrite additives? No problem! Ri-Sol can be perfectly combined with nitrite alternatives.

Ri-Sol LL 20-03 is a functional compound with a reddening additive without added phosphates for the production of cooked cured products.
Application
Ri-Sol LL 20-03 is an injection additive for cooked cured products.
Recommended dosage
9.0 kg/100 litres of water at 20% injection
Recommended declaration*
Dextrose, salt, citrus fibre, natural flavouring, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate)

9 months from production (in closed original container)
Storage
Cool and dry (max. 25°C, max. 70% relative humidity)
